Standing with the Trenton Community: Support & Resources

Thursday, Jun 21, 2018

Princeton University students volunteer all year with Trenton communities. Early Sunday morning, there was a shooting at an event and place we know well: Art All Night at the Roebling Wire Works. The Pace Center for Civic Engagement is grieving with many of our community partners and is asking our partners how we can best support their work at this time.

If you are a student or member of the Princeton campus community and you’re wondering how the people and organizations you engage with during the year are doing, or simply need someone to talk to about what’s happened, we’re here for you. David Brown, assistant director at the Pace Center for Civic Engagement, is leading these efforts. You can also refer to the resources we have for all members of the campus community around organizing a response to tragedies.

As we talk with members of the community and learn more, we will share relevant opportunities to share support and take action.
