What is service at Princeton? Is it helping someone else? Is it standing up for what's right? Is it giving back? Yes and much more! Our new "Service is ..." video series aims to share the broad definition and impact of service and civic engagement at Princeton University and beyond.

In this video, Safa Syed ’17, founder of Muslim Advocates for Social Justice and Individual Dignity (MASJID), shares how her service with this organization and standing in solidarity with other student groups on campus has allowed her to help give others a platform to speak and be heard.

Special thanks to Pace Center Video Student Associate Andie Ayala '19.
