Join Service Focus faculty mentor Heather Howard for a conversation about healthcare systems and policy in our world today. Howard is a lecturer in public affairs at the Woodrow Wilson School and a faculty affiliate of the Center for Health and Wellbeing. She also serves as director of State Health and Value Strategies, which provides technical assistance to support state efforts to enhance the value of health care by improving population health and reforming the delivery of health care services. Listen to a podcast pre-interview with Heather.

Thursday, April 16 - Emotional Support Services

Join Pace Center community partner Eleanor Letcher for a conversation about emotional support services in the wake of a crisis. Letcher, M.Ed., CSW is the executive director of CONTACT of Mercer County, NJ. She has trained volunteers in active listening and crisis response techniques for many years and is also a trainer for Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).
