Circle of Women

Circle of Women is a completely student run organization that strives to end the disparities between men's and women's education in the Middle East, and throughout the developing world. Today we have three schools in Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, and the majority of our work on campus is spent fundraising to help bring supplies to these schools and facilitate the education of those girls who attend it. This core goal reflects research that has been done by the U.N. and contributed to the formation of its development goal to educate women of developing communities. Education is the most sustainable way to end poverty; it is giving someone the tools to proceed beyond the life they were born into and to bring their community with them.
